These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Social Templates Co ("Social Templates Co," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of socialtemplatesco.com and our templates, lead magnets, courses, and membership platform (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you're using them for your own business, such as a photography or creative-services practice.
Social Templates Co provides a membership platform with ready-to-post content templates, lead magnet templates, and an ads course, built to help photographers and creative business owners market their businesses. Specific features and content available to you depend on your membership plan, as described on our Pricing page. We may add, change, or remove features or content over time.
You're responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Membership accounts are for your own individual or business use and shouldn't be shared across multiple businesses.
Membership is billed on a recurring Monthly or Annual basis, as described on our Pricing page, and renews automatically at the then-current rate until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and we don't charge partial-month fees after cancellation. If we change pricing, we'll let you know before the change applies to your next billing cycle. Annual memberships come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you request a refund within 30 days of your initial Annual purchase, we'll refund that payment in full. As a member in good standing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our templates, guides, and course materials to market your own business. This license does not let you resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share our templates or course content with anyone outside your own business, or repackage them as your own downloadable product for others to buy. Social Templates Co retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the templates, guides, course materials, and the Services themselves.

Our ads course and marketing content are educational, built to help you run your own advertising with more confidence. We don't guarantee any specific outcome, including ad performance, return on ad spend, follower growth, leads, or sales — results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, budget, and execution.
The Services may link to, integrate with, or reference third-party platforms, such as our chat and website tools, payment processor, or advertising platforms like Meta and Google. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Templates Co won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that could harm us, other members, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, let you know directly. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
